Recreational consumer allotments are based on where you live. An Illinois resident can purchase up to 30 grams of cannabis flower, up to 5 grams of cannabis concentrates and up to 500 milligrams of THC-infused products per day.

Unfortunately, out of state consumer allotments are half of these amounts per day.

Similar to purchasing alcohol or tobacco, upon your arrival you will need to show a government-issued ID. Please see acceptable options below:

• A valid ID from any U.S. state
• A valid U.S. Passport or International Passport
• A valid U.S. Military ID
• VA Card with photo & barcode
• A valid Native American Tribe ID

To remain in full compliance with Illinois state regulations, all in-store transactions must be completed by 10:00 PM. This ensures that every sale is processed within the legally required timeframe.

Our online ordering system accepts orders until 9:30 PM. This cutoff allows sufficient time to process your order so that the transaction is completed by the 10:00 PM deadline.

The earlier online order cutoff of 9:30 PM is set to ensure that all orders can be fully processed and finalized by 10:00 PM, in accordance with state regulations. This helps prevent any issues that might arise with last-minute orders and guarantees a smooth transaction process.

Unfortunately, orders placed after 9:30 PM cannot be processed as they would not meet the required transaction completion time. We encourage you to place your orders before the cutoff to ensure a seamless experience.
